A draft of the h2iscey model has been committed to the cds_user_apps svn:

isc/h2/models/h2iscey.mdl

All of the I/O is there, and the alignment control is blocked out.  Still a lot more work is needed.

I'll keep working on this remotely, and we'll coordinate on getting it running once the EY IO chassis is up and running.
