The dc voltage on the refcav transmission PD has again dropped below 0.4 V, which is the usual threshold for the autolocker to consider the refcav locked. For the time being, I've turned down the threshold to 0.2 V.

Attached is the transmission PD dc voltage over the last 60 days. The jump on 2014-11-19 corresponds to the last time the refcav pointing was touched up (LHO#15188).
