I've modified my sensor correction script, it now turns on the HEPI Z sensor correction on HAM3 instead of the ISI. This is hopefully temporary (re: .6hz weirdness on this chamber), and I haven't had a chance to test, so it may be broken, best of luck if it's needed. See my log 15591 for usage instructions.
