h1susey ADC replace, Jim and Dave:

WP4988. We removed two PCI-e ADC cards from the DTS x1seiham IO Chassis. We swapped both PMC-in-carrier ADCs in h1susey with these. The PMC ADCs were installed in x1seiham. We verified the card layout and ribbon routing in h1susey's IO Chassis and updated sheet 13 of D1301004 as-built drawing. This closes WP4988.

We forgot to give the seismic team warning that the IOP SWWD will trip h1seiey when the IOP model was turned off, apologies for that.

h1susauxey ADC offset, Richard, Jim, Dave:

We replaced the ribbon cable for the 3rd ADC in h1susauxey's IO Chassis (ADC2) to see if it would fix a channel offset problem, it did not.
