Two 3IFO HAM-ISIs in Storage have Cable Shorting Plugs installed
With BrianS's help, opened up two containers, inventoried cables etc and installed the shorting plugs on the GS-13 cables.
So all the BSC ISIs (in Storage) and three HAM ISIs are done. Two HAMs remain.
