WP 4997

The gds tools have been updated to branch/gds-2.16.12.4.  This includes two bug fixes:

Bugzilla 288 - add ramp down of excitation to swept sine response measurement. (diaggui)

Bugzilla 778 - Make filter module lists iterable in Python (foton)

This affects only Ubuntu workstations.

The update of nds2-client software mentioned in the work permit will not take place until a bug is fixed affecting collection of trend data from NDS1 servers.
