X arm loss measurement

We took a quick measurement of the X arm loss using the same technique as LHO#15919. For ASAIR_A_LF, we have Pon = 1267(5) ct, Poff = 1293(3) ct, giving an equivalent loss of 78(18) ppm for the ETM.
