guardian upgrade underway
The guardian upgrade has started. All nodes will be moved to the latest guardian and cdsutils releases and restarted. Will start with all SUS and SEI nodes, then move to ISC.
All guardian nodes have been upgraded and restarted to the latest versions:
These versions may get a couple more bumps over the next couple of days as minor cleanup is done.
A more complete log describing all changes will follow later today.
