Today Betsy brought to our attention that PR3 had moved yesterday durring model restarts.  We have now moved it to bring the ALS beatnote back to 5dBm, and we have since locked the full IFO with a recylcing gain of 29.  The attached screenshot shows that the OPLev is still miscentered, so it is probably still a good idea to recenter it in the morning.
