HAM1 ion pump OK -> Spun down HAM1 turbo and decoupled pump cart plumbing -> Leaving turbo controller energized and turbo cable connected for now (mag lev rotor levitated and not fully stopped) -> Opened GV5 and GV7 

Utilizing the ion pump at this atypically high pressure will marginally reduce its life but is the safest configuration for the vacuum system and is the least disruptive to commissioning
