As part of the WFS auto-centering ECR and the EOM Driver ECR a couple of new channels were added:

• LSC-MOD_RF9/45_AM_... in the LSC front end (EOM drivers)
• LSC-MOD_RF9/45_AM_... in the corner EtherCAT system PLC1 (EOM drivers)
• ALS-X/Y_WFS_AUTOC_PZT1/2_... in the end EtherCAT systems PLC1 (PZTs for auto-centering)

Since the hardware is still in manufacturing, this currently connects to nothing.
