New uniblitz shutters (VS35) are installed in the main green path of ISCTEX and ISCTEY. Jumpers were set to VS35. In EY the A channel seems broken and we are using the B channel for now. Procedure for making cables and setting jumpers have been added to the dcc and the wiki.

Removed the ALS_REFL_B PDs in both end stations. For EX the software limit needs to be removed, otherwise the PDH autolocker barks.
