Now the whole initial alingment procedure can be done using ALIGN_IFO, which will hopefully reduce confusion and the need to init different guardians.  We have replaced the ISC DOF with the new diagnostic guardian on the ISC overview screen.  

Also, the states which used to be called SRM ALIGN and OFFLOAD SRM ALIGN are now SRC ALIGN ect since they are really aligning both SR2 and SRM.  Nutsinee and Ed are working on updating the procedure for operators.
