PSL frequency noise better than reported by DBB scans

PSL frequency noise is better than indicated in DBB (diagnostic breadboard) scans.

JasonO et al. have been running weekly DBB scans  (see this link) that indicate that the PSL frequency noise is well above requirements.

However, spectra of MC_F, the IMC control signal that drives the VCO indicate that the frequency noise is much better than what is reported by the DBB.

Attached below is a recent DBB report and spectra of MC_F taken during a recent full interferometer lock.
