This morning we had some difficulty with locking the X arm in IR for the inital alingment. We adjusted the gain, (to compensate for no longer changing the whitening gain), so the situation is back to what it used to be.  However, the loop doesn't seem like a verry good design.  Attached is a screen shot of the compensation filter and the measured open loop gain.  We tried to improve the phase right above the ugf by moving the pole at 100 Hz up to 300Hz , but this made the lock acquistion verry slow.  This is something that we need to come back to.
