Jim Warner reported a problem with the Pier 3 IPS horizontal.  Investigating we found that the signals into the IO expansion chassis had a problem. Large offset and the noise as viewed on dataviewer was not the same as the others.  I replace the ADC interface card the ribbon cable and the ADC in an attempt to get the system back on line quickly.  We could narrow down the problem in the test stand.  I had replace the ribbon cable a second time as the one I found had a problem with channel 1.  Once this was complete the system seems to be fine.  I believe it is the ribbon cable that is the problem but further investigation is needed.   Thanks to Jim Batch for taking the system out of the dolphin network and shutting down the computer (multiple times) for me so the work could proceed.
