Started ~2pm.  Switch ISI to Damped.  Locked HEPI carefully while Isolation loops were on, for a while.  Still some shifts though:

X  -5000nm, Y +5500nm, Z +12500nm, RX +5000nrads, RY -500nrads, RZ +400nrads.  ISI returned to High-Isolated.
