Again there is some 70urad RX (Pitch) and 15urad RZ (Yaw.) Look at the SDF Diff Table (attached) to get an ideal of where to steer if alignment is suspect. Do the Yaw on HEPI though to keep the ISI drive minimal. I suspect the Pitching HEPI will not directly translate to the ISI.
