We made a few measurements of TMSY and got some damping loops running.  The attached plots show:

1.  damping performance (REF plots are damping on)
2. screen shot showing filters and gains
3. plot of the damping filter used for all DOFs
4. damping open-loop TF and plant TF for each DOF

We've left the damping loops on for a few days and they appear to be working well.
