Switched IP12 controller at X-end to fixed voltage
John, Kyle Don't want pressure to vary as the result of varying IP12 voltage output -> Wider community using X2 BT pressure as indication of possible leaks being introduced from BT cleaning activities on X2 -> Fixed voltage at 7000V (same voltage as Y-end)
