I don't know why, but the TRANSIENT filter bank had been turned OFF (i.e. the gain had been set to zero and the output had been turned OFF). This cause the ODC bit that reflects the system status to report red (H1:CAL-INJ_ODC_CHANNEL_LATCH). I've now turned ON the transient bank, and the status has turned green. I hope this is what the INJ team wants.
