No luck locking so far.  Winds are an issue once again, 20+ MPH with gusts over 40 MPH.  Commissioners may have discovered an issue with the EY ESD which could have been partially to blame for the lack of locks in the past day.  Talked to Gary in the LLO CR again and let him know we are in for another tough night.
