Updated TwinCAT code 
Updated C:SlowControls on h1ecatc1, h1ecatx1 and h1ecaty1 to latest revision in svn. Restarted all TwinCAT code. Required multiple restarts.

Burtrestored all to 6:10 this morning.

A number of channels at end X have not yet reconnected.
