• SEI:  Output arm work (Jim), end station hepi change due to  power supply change
• SUS:  No report
• HAM6:  Some black glass installed yesterday, had to remove black glass beam dump, will continue installing rest of glass today, & Matt will talk to Keita about Beam Diverter.  Hope to be done mainly today
• 18bit daqs replaced for OMC/SUS--hope to do this today (EE group)
• Post OMC plan for HAM6:  Re-establish operational state for SEI, or work on alignment next (Will have meeting this morning to go over this.)
• Filiberto:  ESD interlock cables run at end stations
• TCS group:  check alignment of y-arm CO2 laser--->Probably tomorrow when we go to laser hazard.
• VAC:  end stations still pumping
• Facilitiy:  routine
• Beam tube conduit install (xarm done, yarm started) by Ken
• Leonid & a SUS person are set to do EX/EY charge measurements
• Went over Work Permits

Morning Safety Meeting (Worden)

• New Fault Report System (FRS) discussion by Richard Oram at 3pm
• Drive slow along arms due to work!
• Watch for animals heading for river due to heat
• SURF students General Safety reports need to be left in John's mailbox.
