Since some of the HEPI L4C Watchdog Monitors were non-zero, I went ahead and zeroed multiple counters.  These are the counts they used to have:

• HAM2 = 22 (counts)
• HAM4 = 1837
• ITMX = 7592
• ETMX = 1100 (was 114,000 yesterday but zeroed yesterday morning)
