- Added the connection to the IFO guardian
- Added a ODC-MASTER_SECONDARY_CHANNEL, which is not recorded, but available ijn EPICS.
- updated and generated medm screens for the model
- checked everything into svn

- we are still updating the EPICS channels to make the bit conform to the spec in ECR E1500289.
