The IMC is in terrible shape again this morning. Words I got quickly from Evan: "We think that the FSS began oscillating again *during* [full IFO] lock, then the IMC WFS began integrating to a bad place." Obviously the investigation is on-going, but any help from the PSL team in the control room would be appreciated.
