Starting late last night the front end channel access freeze ups are now fairly regular and hourly (in the 30-40 minutes of the hour). In the past few hours they have only occured in the 37th minute of the hour. I have checked all the usual suspects (hourly rsync, autoburt, etc.) and not found any correlation so far. I have also checked Ganglia and Observium logs, no obvious computing or networking events happen at this time of the hour.
