List of commissioning tasks

This is an update to alog 19166.

All points in the reliability and operations category have been addressed or completed. More work will be done to fine tune the alignment control and the scripting. Improvements have been made at low frequencies due to tuning of A2L, aux dof, loop shape, etc. Below is the updated list.

Reliability and Operations

1. Tweak alignment controls to make high power operations as stable as possible
2. Tweak automation to make locking as reliable as possible
3. Thermal tuning of ITMs (stability, check contrast defect, sensitivity, ASC matrix)
4. TTFSS modifications to reduce servo oscillations
5. Fix end station SUS ADC/timing errors
6. PI optimization using ring heaters
7. Continue operator training

Sensitivity

8. Keep monitoring charging
9. Measure the coupling transfer functions and make a noise budget for the frequency noise servo (as function of ITM thermal lens)
10. Measure the coupling transfer functions and make a noise budget for the intensity noise stabilization (as function of ITM thermal lens)
11. Tweak IMC WFS offset (descent into madness)
12. Find coherent noise in OMC DCPD, AS_C and AS36
13. New EOM driver
14. Measure oscillator AM and FM noise couplings
15. Check noise on all coil outputs (script)
16. Find best beam spots on ETM/ITMs (maybe wait for ER8)
17. Reduce jitter due to PSL periscope peaks using feedback to PZTs
18. Add vibration absorbers (if needed)

19. Install most recent IMC ASC model from LLO
20. Install PI hardware
21. Install low noise ESD driver in EX
22. Beam position tracker (camera) for IR beams
23. Finish SRC length/Gouy phase measurements
