ARM offset now set in PREP_TR_CARM
Evan, Stefan We kept having PREP_TR_CARM issues, and again tracked it down to moving dark offsets. now the guardian measures the offsets at the beginning of PREP_TR_CARM. Let's see weather this finally eliminates those PREP_TR_CARM issues.
