end Y Inficon NEG hot cathode gauge back on

I tried to turn the gauge back on through the Beckhoff interface by writing '01 02' to the binary field of the FB44:01 parameter but kept getting a response code corresponding to 'Emission ON / OFF failed (unspecified reason)' in FB44:03. Gerardo power cycled it and it came back on.

Let's call these hot filament ion gauges or Bayard Alpert gauges rather than "hot cathode". thx

Turned back off per Gerardo's request. Was able to do so through the Beckhoff interface.
