Modified BIOS settings for new faster h1susey computer to more closely match the original computer BIOS settings.  This makes the new computer a bit slower, but it is hoped that the IOP CPU usage will be stable with the new settings.  We should know the results in a few days.

This work required restart of dolphin IPC connected models at EY, which is all except the h1susauxey models.
