Pcal line at 3001.3 Hz added

We set a high frequency Pcal line at 3001.3 Hz using PCALX. The amplitude of the line is factor of ~5 smaller than the DARM noise spectrum at that frequency (July 21 reference).
SDF_OVERVIEW has been updated accordingly.
