Alignment and locking issues aloged earlier.

IFO did make it to low noise about 6 hours ago.

Relocking about 45 minutes had trouble with Guardian that we hadn't had any issues with all night - not sure why.  At JeffK's suggestions I commented out the offending section of code.  Code is attached as a screenshot.

IFO handed off to Mantenance activities.
