I started this node a month or so ago to test and to see what configuration we might use it in. With the code freeze upon us, it seems as though this will not be used and is just sitting in the background. No need for that. I did the following:

>> guardctrl destroy ISI_ETMX_ST1_CONF

I then double checked that the node was no longer in the node list.
