This was necessary as most had somehow been snaped while fully isolated.  While at it, most all medms were looked at and unnecessary offsets, switches and settings were zero'd, turned off, and checked.  All STATE_GOOD values where available were corrected as needed so these can be used to confirm settings--green is good.  GAIN_GOOD/BAD does not work for non unity gains so rely on SDF.  All SDFs were verified for appropriate NOT_MONITORED channels and greened.  SEI is ready to go.
