Today we closed the 10" BT gate valve at Y2-8, vented and removed the isolated port volume hardware -> Next we installed the new large custom reducing tee, 8" gate valve, (2) 1.5" angle valves, 1.5" tee, 10" blank and gauge at beam tube port Y2-8 -> we also pumped out this new volume and sprayed helium on the new joints -> The next task will be to position the new ion pump and stand/director assembly and couple it to the hardware installed today
