 -3.4 AS36 A I and -1 AS36 B I.  Note that the sign has flipped for AS36B.  

We can not use this matrix at 3 Watts, but it has been better consistently tonight at 15 Watts and above than the original, which was -3 ASA36I +-0.5 AS36BI.  I've added a few lines to the increase power state that changes this matrix once the power is above 15 Watts. 

Right now we are locked stably, but there is large noise that is coherent with ASC.  In the morning if inital alingment is redone it this matrix might not be usefull anymore, in that case you can comment out lines 2175 through 2177 of the ISC_LOCK guardian.
