Locking summary:  IFO was locked when I arrived (5 hour lock stretch), although at poor range.  Lockloss due to commissioning efforts.  After the tuning was satisfactory, I did an initial alignment.  After some Guardian issues were worked out with Kiwamu's help, we were able to bring the IFO back to Low Noise, albeit shortlived locks.  Commissioning continued thereafter.
