I added into the ISC_LOCK Guardian, Stefan's implementation of violin damping of ITMy L2 DAMP_MODE2 (alog 20704) and ETMY L2 DAMP_MODE3 and MODE10 (alog 20702).  The guardian now turns the gain on for these banks.
