The ETMX L1 UIM coil driver tripped off 3 times. Kiwamu reset it each time.

05:15 (22:15) Kiwamu done calibration work, I started attempting to lock.

Spent about 20 minutes trying to find IR diff by hand. It turned out the frequency servo for the ALS DIFF VCO had been left on and was driving the frequency to H1:ALS-C_DIFF_VCO_FREQUENCY. Kiwamu turned it off.
