Windy for the first 2/3 of the shift, therefore not much success locking.  As the wind was dying down, the locking became quicker, but typically (but not limited to) losing it at SWITCH_TO_QPDS.   I have added instructions to the OPS wiki regarding turning on OMC DCPD whitening in NOMINAL_LOW_NOISE.
