We were able to be back to full lock at around 17:00 UTC. There were a couple of notable points as listed below:

• End Y fiber polarization had too high wrong polarization
  • TJ, Corey and I adjusted the polarization in the MSR. I accidentally set the X arm polarization to default, so we did it on X arm too. Now they are good.
• AS90 offset changed again.
  • I adjusted the dark offset. I am not sure if this is related to my activity around the rack by HAM6 (see alog 21101)
• ISC_DRMI guardian had a problem
  • The screen turned in dark red with an error message like "epics data was not read"  or something similar.
  • A funny thing is that it kept running main of the ASC_ENGAGE more than 10 times, not just twice or so.
  • Manually re-requesting ASC_ENGAGE fixed the problem.
• ISS 2nd loop engage failed once
  • It did not unlock the interferomter, but gave a big glitch in the arm power and elese where.
  • We manually requested PREPARE_ISS and let it sit there for a while ~ a minute. Then requesting ISS_ON made it without a glitch.
