This morning H1 was in an unhealthy state with it dropping out of lock fairly early in the ISC_LOCK scripts.  Alignment (mostly) was not an issue.  Kiwamu began troubleshooting as we went through various states of ISC_LOCK.  A few notable actions by Kiwamu:

• Investigated Dark Offsets
• At one point while Guardian was running us through states, a low POP18 (pink trace on wall) was noticed.  To optimize this, pointing of PR2 was adjusted & this brought up POP18 (before doing this he noted the original pit/yaw values, because he returned to those values since those are the ones we Acquired with).  This should NOT be done normally, because it can be tricky since you are tinkering with Lock Acquisition pointing which you don't want to lose!
• Discovered ASC Loops not being engaged:  (Betsy added these differences to SDF monitoring.)
  • PR3 M3 Yaw had a gain of 0 (it should have been 10). 
  • ASC INP1* had gains of 0 (should be 1).
  • ASC PRC1* had gains of 0 (should be 1).

After this we monitored for a while and decided to go to OBSERVATION Mode at 17:32UTC with a range of ~57Mpc.  There have been a few ETMy glitches during this stretch.
