Per request by Robert Schofield, I am lowering the air flows in the LVEA to allow him to preform his injections.

These will be going down from ~15000 CFM to ~11000 CFM. Since the weather is cooling down, I will leave these flows at this rate until something or someone convinces me otherwise.
