In prep for turning ~all settings configuration control over to SDF, I have turned off the Set Point Monitoring (SPM) feature on the SUS guardians that were in false alarm (yellow).  We will not be using the SPM feature as a requirement for O1, although any ones that go into alarm which are stll enabled may be used as a good troubleshooting tool.  (Most that are enabled have been green and running for many months now, so can't hurt to stay on.)
