IFO has not returned to locking after the big earthquakes 7 hours ago.

I've called Jenne Driggers and we did as much as was possible over the phone.  She'll be in this morning to help and then do measurements.

I've been working to relock the IFO since 4 earthquakes in Mexico.

- restore HEPI and ISI, and HAM5 and ETMX are not yet back to full nominal state.

- green is locking in the arms, red is not

- I aligned IM1, IM2, IM3, and IM4 to eliminate their alignment as an issue for locking red, and those diffs will probably show up and can be accepted

- the AS_AIR camera was fixed when Jim fixed HAM5 ISI

- ETMX HEPI and ISI Guardian was unhappy, but the isolation was OK, so this was not an issue for locking red

- with AS_AIR back on the camera, the alignment of the red for x arm looks not too bad, and is popping to 0.6+
