Intent bit set to commissioning for preventative maintenance
Bubba and John want to drive down the Xarm, so I've taken the IFO to commissioning/maintenance. Otherwise, no work is currently being done on the instrument.
Hugh is also going to both ends to check HEPI fluid levels. Should be non-invasive.
