I've updated H2 SUS ITMY's compensation filters such that they contain all compensation for all stage's electronics. The coil driver compensation filters (found in the COILOUTF banks) are arranged in filter modules according to T1100507. The SatAmp whitening compensation filters (found in the OSEMINF) remain in FM1. 

I've also removed any old, erroneous, and/or unused filters in these banks. Note that the "to_nm" filter in FM5 of the OSEMINF banks is a calibration filter for the OSEM sensors (just a gain of ~40 nm/ct), but is untested and should not yet be used.
