Owl Mid-Shift Summary 
   A quiet first half of the shift.
 
   The IFO has been locked in Observing mode at NOMINAL_LOW_NOISE, 22.9W, and currently 72.Mpc for the past 17 hours. There have been three (3) glitches and four (4) ETMY saturation events reported since the start of the shift.
